While this would have once been a thriving local market, the alure by tourist have replaced the traditional markets with stall upon stall of junk souvenir vendors. However on some of the queiter side canals, remnants of the original lifestyle still remains. If you actually want the real market, it is now in an empty car park in town every morning.
